Tasks
The Regional Sales Assistant is a function of the customer service process. Manages the order processing in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Sales Directors (SD) and the Service department.
- Contact person for customers, partners and RSMs
- Process data entry of orders and maintains customer master data
- Coordinates projects, orders and the supply of materials
- Prepares quotations, orders and invoices
- Manages returns, transportation damages and credit notes
- Supports marketing activities
Practical Experiences / Skills
- Accountant school or equivalent
- Expert user of SAP
- Previous experience in order processing for at least 2 years
- Comfortable in discussing matters over the phone
- Good knowledge of both Italian and English language
Competences
- Excellent organizational skills and a self‑starter
- Details‑oriented
- Independent and entrepreneurial, but an excellent team player
- Able to respond to individual requirements by offering adequate solutions
- Strong sense of responsibility and professional in his/her daily routine
- Computer literate
