Videndum designs, manufactures and distributes premium branded and technically advanced products and solutions for broadcasters, film and video production companies, independent content creators, vloggers/influencers, enterprises, governments and professional musicians. /p pAs a Process Engineer, the resource will be responsible for managing the development of production processes (manual and/or automated), supporting the introduction of new products (mechanical components) in the most effective and efficient way, while ensuring excellent quality standards. /p h3Main Responsibilities and Activities /h3 ul liProcess Analysis and Optimization: Implement and optimize mechanical manufacturing processes, particularly flow production processes, by developing appropriate Standard Operating Procedures. Collaborate with the Industrial Department to implement and refine process parameters to improve efficiency and product quality. /li liCost Analysis: Assess investment requirements and support the design and implementation of machinery, equipment, and production systems in collaboration with the Industrial Department. /li liProblem Solving: Conduct structured root cause analyses of process failures and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, improve quality, and reduce downtime. /li liCollaboration with RD: Work closely with the Research Development team to understand technical specifications and product/process requirements. Define and estimate work cycles in alignment with targets shared with RD. /li liContinuous Improvement: Enhance existing processes to improve customer service, efficiency, and product quality, while ensuring workplace safety and ergonomics.
