You will help shape how our brand evolves, ensuring that every innovation is not only launched but truly experienced—creating emotional connections that reinforce what makes Costa unique in the world of travel. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liContribute to the development of product innovation concepts by providing market and consumer insights, ensuring a strong focus on brand differentiation. Translate selected innovations into clear, structured and engaging narratives, consistent with Costa’s brand identity and campaign frameworks, in close alignment with Brand Advertising. /li liPlan and execute integrated communication and activation initiatives across onboard and offboard channels (digital, physical and experiential). Ensure consistency, quality and coherence of messaging across all guest touchpoints, working closely with Product and Operations to align the designed experience with its communication. /li liCoordinate the full lifecycle of marketing delivery—from asset creation (content, onboard materials, digital touchpoints and activations) to rollout across markets.
