Openjobmetis S.p.A. is hiring for Mondo Convenienza for the position of Part-Time Sales Assistant.
Position
Choose Mondo Convenienza if:
* You want to invest in yourself and learn the trade of sales assistant, especially in the furniture design sector. Thanks to structured and personalized training plans, the company values the talent of its employees.
* You want a flexible job, without giving up your studies and free time. You can choose a short workweek, from 20 or 24 hours.
Responsibilities
* Welcome and support customers in finding the right furniture solution;
* Create the environment design using 3CAD software;
* Propose suitable services to customers, assisting them in the final shopping phase through payment and/or financing;
* Collaborate with the team, demonstrating a willingness to learn and achieve set goals;
* Ensure the display area is always tidy and organized, maintaining company standards.
Requirements
* Immediate availability;
* Previous experience in assisted sales is preferred;
* Knowledge of design software is a plus;
* Residence in the area;
* Availability to work shifts from Monday to Sunday with at least one day off per week, within the hours 9:30-20:00.
Additional Information
We offer:
* Initial fixed-term contract in temporary employment, with part-time hours of 20 or 24 hours, aimed at subsequent hiring by the client;
* Paid training period;
* Incentive system with bonuses.
