Overview
We are currently seeking an HR Operations Trainee who will report to the HR Operations Manager, HEINEKEN Italia, in Milan.
Responsibilities
* Managing the cultural change and new ways of working lead by the HR Transformation programme in place. Focus on training and communication tools
* Driving the adoption and right usage of the new HR Tools - Success Factor and Service Now platforms
* Shaping and deploy ad hoc HR processes with an End to End Approach
* Providing customer service for HR-related processes through inquiry management and resolution.
* Supporting the transactional processes of the employee life-cycle through the new HR Tools, focusing mainly on the operational tasks.
* Managing administrative onboarding for new Employees
* Reviewing HR transactional data and deliver reports to Specialized Services, as needed
Who you are
* Master's Degree in Humanities / Economics with a focus on Human Resources Management
* Fluent written and spoken English - upper intermediate as minimum level (B2)
* MS Office working proficiency, MS Excel intermediate knowledge level as minimun.
* Curiosity, think out-the-box and data driven mindsets
* Appreciated of Success Factor and Service Now Systems knowledge
