Compensation:

$95,000 – $155,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview We are hiring a Crisis Operations Program Manager to lead crisis response and operational resilience programs. The role combines incident command discipline with cross‑functional coordination — keeping the business running when things get hard.
Key Responsibilities
Lead operational response to incidents that affect customers, employees, or operations
Build and maintain incident response playbooks and resilience programs
Coordinate cross‑functional incident bridges and command structures
Run tabletop exercises, simulations, and post‑incident reviews
Partner with security, IT, communications, and legal during live incidents
Track incident metrics and drive continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years in crisis management, incident response, or business continuity
Strong understanding of incident command frameworks (ICS, ITIL incident management)
Excellent written communication and stakeholder management
Calm, structured approach under pressure
Business continuity certifications (CBCP, MBCI) are a plus
