Experiment with different techniques, algorithms, and tools to optimize model performance and accuracy. /li libCreating Impact: /b Write production-ready code and work with software engineering colleagues to bring AI ML solutions live that provide value for our customers and partners. /li libCollaboration and Community contribution: /b Collaborate closely with experienced colleagues and engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization. Evangelize good practices of AI ML development and usage. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. /li /ul h3The skills we would love to see in your suitcase! /h3 ul liBSc (or higher) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, Physics, or a related field. /li liExperience developing fit-for-purpose AI/ML solutions that created a measurable impact in industry or academia. /li liProficient in advanced AI/ML techniques, such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, or contextual bandits, and experience applying them to real-world structured data (e.g., forecasting, ranking, or classification). /li liExcellent working knowledge of Python, including common libraries and tools, such as PyTorch or Tensorflow.
