This role is critical to ensuring efficient material and information flow, driving operational performance, and supporting the integration and continuous use of advanced warehouse technologies — including Infor, our enterprise resource planning and warehouse management system (ERP/WMS). /ppThe ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills, operational excellence, and hands-on experience with modern WMS tools in a dynamic, high-volume environment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliCoordinate all warehouse activities, both operationally and strategically, including receiving, storage, and material preparation. /liliManage and develop a diverse team with varying levels of seniority and skillsets, promoting teamwork and professional growth. /liliEnsure timely and effective support to production and the service department, maintaining smooth material flow. /liliActively support the implementation of a new ERP system (Infor), working initially alongside the outgoing manager. /liliDrive and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, order, and well-structured workflows. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliSolid experience in warehouse management within structured industrial environments; experience in project-based metalworking industries is a strong plus. /liliStrong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage priorities in complex settings. /liliWillingness to work hands-on and maintain a constant presence on the shop floor. /liliValid forklift license. /liliGood knowledge of English, both spoken and written. /liliHigh stress resistance, especially during peak workloads. /liliPrevious experience in multinational environments and/or during ERP transitions (especially Infor) is a plus. /li /ulpNote: Kindly remove any trailing boilerplate or extraneous references not relevant to the role description or duties. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
