Job Description
Type of contract:
1. Fixed-term contract for 6 months, renewable for an additional 6 months (maternity leave coverage).
2. You will be based at our plant in Italy - Ancarano (TE).
As an FP&A Analyst, you will be part of our Finance department and responsible for:
1. Performing financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
2. Analyzing financial data, defining financial models for decision support, and improving existing procedures.
3. Working closely with the Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
4. Supporting the closing process of the Italian and Spanish entities from an FP&A perspective.
5. Increasing productivity by developing automated reporting and forecasting tools under the supervision of FP&A and Finance Managers.
6. Liaising with other departments such as Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain.
7. Assisting with multiple recurring submissions to regional and global headquarters.
8. Ensuring compliance with all Avery Dennison policies (both accounting and non-accounting).
Qualifications
What we expect from you! - Your expertise:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 2-4 years of experience with exposure to multinational matrix environments.
3. Good business sense, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in IT, especially Excel, PowerPoint, HFM. Familiarity with Oracle is a plus.
5. Ability to design, develop, and maintain tables, formulas, and graphs in Excel and Google Sheets.
6. Fluency in English.
7. Excellent multitasking and stress management skills.
