Ph3Job Description /h3 ul liEngages with customers via telephone or electronic inquiries to address inquiries and admin-related activities /li liCoordinates pre- and post-sale actions to ensure customers are meeting TIC certification requirements and product or service adoption timelines /li liWorks within standard operating procedures under supervision to develop and share quotes using standardized pricing tools /li liClient follow-up and aid in turning quotes into orders. Process quotes into Orders using ERP /li liSupport account managers SE/ISEs by performing included but not limited to admin-related tasks /li liApplies experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise /li liConnects customer to appropriate UL personnel (Account Manager, SEs/ISEs, delivery teams and engineers, etc.) when appropriate /li liTrack account history and supply data from internal sources as requested by account owners and representatives to facilitate deeper knowledge of account and account opportunities /li liCollaborates with internal resources to resolve customer inquiries and ensure that the customer receives the proper message to ensure complete understanding and results requested /li liBased on the relationship and deep understanding of the customer and needs, provides input to account manager or SE/ISE to inform sales strategy where applicable /li liBuild an internal UL problem-solving network and proactively engage internal personnel to anticipate problems, improve delivery, and develop solutions that improve ULS’ customer experience /li liMeet established timelines for pre-and post-sales activities. /li liWorks with a moderate degree of supervision /li liPerforms other duties as directed. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liHigh school diploma /li liProficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software /li liUnder 1 years of related experience /li liBusiness acumen and a sufficient understanding of business sales processes /li liSufficient understanding of core UL products / services for aligned industry to effectively generate quotes. /li liExperience managing internal systems and data sources /li liStrong communication and administrative skills /li liEnglish proficiency preferred. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
