Position
Artelia Italia, a leader in Integrated Engineering, is seeking a Construction Manager to join our team in Milan .
Main Activities
* Supervising work by contractors to ensure compliance with plans and technical specifications, respecting deadlines and budgets.
* Coordinating and verifying safety and health regulations at the work sites.
* Managing and coordinating teams, monitoring activities, and liaising with suppliers and consultants to ensure timely procurement of materials and adherence to schedules.
* Verifying and approving construction drawings prepared by the contractor.
* Maintaining updated site records, including daily reports and compliance checks.
* Identifying and resolving technical or operational issues during construction.
* Participating in meetings with technical teams and clients to discuss progress and resolve issues.
* Supporting in quantity surveying activities.
Requirements
* Master's Degree in Architecture/Engineering.
* At least 2 years of experience.
* Possession of CSE/CSP certification.
* Registration with the professional register.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams, clients, and stakeholders.
* Attention to detail and precision to ensure quality and safety standards.
* Strong organizational and time management skills to monitor and document progress.
