This role works in collaboration with plant and staff leadership to support site operations in meeting schedules. The associate acts as a point of contact for stakeholders and project partners, managing schedule coordination, document management, and communication. Works under limited supervision for routine situations. Requires basic knowledge of job procedures or relies on limited experience.Key ResponsibilitiesActively participates in small cross-functional teams to drive manufacturing operations changes or improvements including katas, kaizens, and other initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency;Seeks to provide input to and coordinate various support functions in conjunction with operational improvement projects,Encourages a safety-first culture by following safety procedures, supporting walkdowns, and conducting pre-task briefing reviews;Supports and helps maintain status of Capital Expense (Cap Ex) projects for the Shoreview site as well as communicate updates to the Cap Ex corporate and finance teams;Provides manufacturing operations tactical support, leading to multiple efforts in various areas of day-to-day operations in the plant;Executes tasks efficiently and with minimal direction.
