We are seeking a highly motivated Group E-Shop Manager to join our E-Commerce team based in Castelfranco Veneto (TV).
The B2C Online Shop Manager will be responsible for managing and developing all our B2C Online Shops in Europe (11 Countries).
She/He will also play a role in the commercial strategy and development of our B2C business.
Job functions include shop management, promotional planning, customer sales data analysis, development and execution of online sales activations, coordination with performance marketing and CRM, optimization of marketing/sales funnel and onsite customer journey/UX, sales forecasting, and demand planning. Align order flow with back office.
Key Responsibilities
You are responsible for managing all commercial aspects of our online stores and assume a high level of personal responsibility for sales targets, planning of country-specific products portfolios, and ensuring the availability of goods to achieve high growth targets.
* Coordinate activities on performance marketing and optimize relevant KPIs.
You develop digital marketing and sales activities for customer acquisition and activation together with the team and external partners.
* Analyze the customer journey in the store and derive strategies and measures to create personalized shopping experiences, proactively improving design and usability (UX and UI).
You identify potentials and trends for optimization and further development of online channels, analyze and optimize on-site search and product placement.
* Monitor business KPIs focusing on traffic and conversion goals, and contribute new ideas.
You’ll play a pivotal role in all S&OP processes for the E-shop stock availability.
* Interface between IT, Marketing, and Sales, coordinate with external partners, service providers, and agencies, and work closely with internal departments. Proactively initiate new store functionalities.
Requirements include a successfully completed commercial or technical degree or a relevant specialist training course, 3-5 years of experience in online store management or e-commerce (preferably in consumer goods), experience with SEO and SEA, project management skills, familiarity with CMS and Magento 2.0, and proficiency in English.
