Manage the IT budget and forecasts to monitor costs, ensure accuracy, and support business planning and decision-making related to initiatives with an IT impactManage the end-to-end relationship with information providers, ensuring the company is equipped with the required tools while maintaining full regulatory and contractual complianceProvide up-to-date reporting and supporting materials to the Top Management (e.g. CFO team), with the aim of enabling and supporting key strategic and operational activities.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:IT finance management
Collect and assess IT run and change cost estimates aligned with GHO functions' needs and the CFO spending targetManage the IT budget by monitoring expenses, updating forecasts, and ensuring compliance with approved limitsSupervise the purchase request and procurement approval processes, ensuring compliance with budget limits and timely executionSupport clear communication with Top Management for aligned decision-making
Info providers management
Collaborate with Head Office functions as well as IT services internal teams to gather, assess, and formalize their needs and requestsManage end-to-end relationships with information providers, covering negotiation, contract management, and renewalsEnsure tools and data services effectively support business needs while maintaining full compliance with regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and contractual obligationsSupervise the purchase request and procurement approval processes, ensuring compliance with budget limits and timely executionSupport clear communication with Top Management for aligned decision-making
RequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
5+ years total experience in the insurance marketStrong negotiation skills with external vendorsSolid IT Finance management expertise, especially on IT cost estimation and IT budget monitoringAcquired knowledge and practical use of SAP systems is a plusExcellent organizational and leadership skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesExcellent professional English (C1 Advanced)
