For an international retail leader we are looking for aTransport Team LeaderMissionOptimise outbound shipments from the distribution centre to stores across Europe, ensuring process efficiency, adherence to service levels and effective coordination of internal resources and logistics partners.Main responsibilitiesCoordinate the internal dispatch team (8 people) and manage relationships with 2–3 Transport Service Providers (TSPs).Supervise and monitor dispatch flows, ensuring timely assignment of routes and handling operational issues.Monitor departures and deliveries, intervening in case of logistical anomalies (delays, vehicle problems, etc.).Manage administrative tasks: transport waybills, driver attendance, data collection for self-billing and performance reporting.Support the implementation of new processes with RTM and TSPs, proposing solutions to prevent critical issues.Ensure compliance with standard processes and supervise the training of operational staff.Verify that transport partners comply with maintenance procedures for company assets (particularly trailers).Ideal profileExperience in transport coordination roles at distribution centres or in retail organisations with road distribution.Ability to manage shift-based teams and liaise with external logistics operators.Strong problem-solving skills, organisational ability and focus on operational efficiency.Knowledge of sector administrative procedures and familiarity with digital/logistics tools.Proficiency in English at C1 level.
