We are looking for a: Planning & Control Specialist
Responsabilities:
This role requires basic knowledge of Project Management and cost control. Good communication abilities and a strong inclination for teamwork are also essential.
Main Activities:
* controlling and managing the Unit's budget and actuals;
* coordinating, integration and controlling activity and program schedules;
* contributing to the definition, coordination, and monitoring of key performance indicators (Earned Value) and Key Program Milestones;
* supporting and coordinating Supplier Management;
* Unit Budget Development
* Development of Actuals Reports
* Integration and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (Earned Value)
* Integrated Schedule
* Workload verification and reporting
Main Interfaces
* This role requires interfacing with the Unit's technical specialists as well as other Engineering Functions and the Purchasing Department.
Education: Bachelor Degree in Management Engineering.
Seniority: Junior
Requirements:
* Experience with MS Project
* Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Previous experience in managing activities is a plus
* Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and ability to interface with different stakeholders
* Attitude for teamwork
