Rome Business School is hiring Business Development Associates to join our fast-paced, high-performance team.
This is not your average sales role. You’ll be part of an elite group trained in our 12-step interview and influence method to guide top European students through life-changing education decisions. You’ll work with motivated leads, close high-ticket deals, and develop your professional communication and negotiation skills at speed.
We are looking for speakers with fluent English who are ready to start immediately and work through the summer, no delays, no summer pause. We are in high season, right now.
What You’ll Do:
* Conduct admissions interviews with international leads (mostly EU)
* Apply a proven 12-step sales framework in each call
* Manage your own pipeline and enrollment performance
* Work on-site in Rome with a driven team of closers
* Contribute to the continued growth of a top-ranked international business school
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication, active listening, and influence skills
* Competitive and motivated by performance-based rewards
* Available to start within 10 days and commit fully through the summer
* Previous sales, recruitment, or B2C experience is a plus (but not required)
