Ph3What We Offer /h3 ul liA global network of talented and passionate colleagues /li liChallenging work for some of the world's largest companies /li liExtensive education programs and development opportunities /li liVolunteering and career opportunities around the world /li liA diverse and socially active workforce /li liFlexible working hours and opportunity to work from home /li liFriendly and social work environment /li liAbility to craft your career based on your own aspirations. /li /ul h3As a Workday Integration Senior Analyst / Consultant /h3 h3In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by: /h3 ul liLeading/Contributing in the design of Workday integrations (from medium complexity to very complex custom solutions) /li liCollaborate with Integration Leads and Functional consultants in the design and development of integration solutions between Workday (for HR data/processes) and other client systems (including external systems like Payroll, Time and Identity Management) /li liCollaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the Integration domain, contributing to technical integration solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies. /li liSupport workshops and discussions on topics in Workday Integration functionalities. /li liDevelop juniors in the configuration of Workday integrations and related testing. /li liAbility to work in a diverse and disparate environment through the implementation. Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations /li liActively supporting innovation /li /ul h3We are looking for experience in the following skills: /h3 ul liFluency in IT topics and interest in System Integration /li liKnowledge of Workday Integrations in HCM area (Payroll, Studio, Connectors, XSLT, etc.) /li liAdequate team-work client-facing skills, with the ability to work in teams, projects, and stakeholder interactions effectively /li liAbility to work in dynamic environments, delivering high-quality outcomes under competing priorities /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills, able to translate complex requirements into clear solutions /li liBachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent, with professional fluency in English /li /ul h3Set yourself apart: /h3 ul liExperience in IT integrations or programming languages /li liWorkday Orchestrate /li liWorkday Extend /li liKnowledge about project management, ITIL and other IT standards /li liKnowledge of HR Payroll systems/processes /li li2–3 years of professional consulting experience /li liAdditional European language fluency (e.g., Italian, French, Spanish) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
