WHO YOU ARE You have

up to 12 months of experience

(including internships or entry-level roles)

in e-commerce or digital marketing

, and you’re looking for a company where you can

learn fast, grow, and take on new challenges

. You have a

basic understanding of

how

e-commerce

works — from how online stores are structured, to how traffic is generated,

and

how

digital marketing

strategies are planned and executed. You’re

curious, proactive, and analytical

: you like to understand the “why” behind things and are eager to improve through hands-on experience. You are fluent in Italian and have a working knowledge of English, especially in writing. You

communicate clearly

,

take effective notes

, and complete tasks with

attention to detail and a willingness to learn

. You’re also comfortable working with

Excel or Google Sheets

: you know how to work with formulas, organize data clearly, and build simple reports or tables to support your analysis.

WHAT YOU WILL DO As a

Junior Ecommerce Specialist

, you will support the ecommerce and marketing team in the day-to-day management of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations. This role is designed to give you

broad exposure to multiple areas of digital marketing and ecommerce

, with the opportunity to learn directly from experienced team members and contribute to real projects from day one. You will be involved in:

Operational Support & Content Management Help update product pages and web content on our Shopify stores (texts, images, tagging, visibility). Support the setup and launch of promotional campaigns (landing pages, discount codes, banners). Monitor post-purchase flows and collaborate with logistics and customer service to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Digital Marketing Initiatives Take part in the planning and execution of campaigns across multiple channels: email marketing, social media, influencer marketing, SEO and search marketing. Review marketing materials and campaign setups to ensure consistency and quality before launch. Help maintain calendars and schedules for campaign planning.

Analysis & Continuous Improvement Collect and consolidate performance data from platforms like Shopify, Google Analytics, CRM, and ad managers. Assist in producing regular reports on sales, campaign performance, and product trends. Share insights and ideas for testing or improving KPIs like conversion rate and engagement.
