Real Estate Accountant (m/w/d) Fulltime (40h), Location Milan or LombardyResponsibilities • Entering and maintaining contract data in the real estate accounting system • Calculating turnover rent and monthly billing of rental income and ancillary costs • Creating and sending monthly outgoing invoices for rent, ancillary costs, and service charges • Processing addenda like rent reductions, contract extensions, termination rights, and contract transfers • Updating master data (e.g., addresses, bank guarantees, tacit renewals) • Performing indexing and preparing the annual turnover rent statement • Evaluating and checking rent roll in cooperation with the center manager • Calculating and invoicing the annual service charge statement, including advance payments, distribution keys, and caps • Recharging of utilities (e.g., electricity, gas, water) • Supporting tenants with the creation of short-term contracts and the preparation of the corresponding invoices • Handling inquiries and calculating rental incentives Expectations • Degree in Economics or Finance • Well-developed expertise in Italian tax matters • Experience in real estate accounting or similar areas • Accuracy and strong numerical skills • Team player and independent worker • Good interpersonal and organizational skills • Business levels in Italian & English language Offer • Varied activities in an international and growing company • Modern working environment with a highly motivated team • Support for professional and personal training and development • Attractive benefits and company events We offer a gross annual salary of EUR 40.000.
