As a PLM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation of these systems. **Task & Responsabilities**
- Implement and maintain PLM/ALM systems to support product development and software engineering processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, IT infrastructure, and other departments to define and document requirements for PLM/ALM solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to users of PLM/ALM systems.
- Develop and enforce best practices for data management, version control, and change management.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in PLM/ALM technologies. **Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with PLM/ALM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens Polarion, Microsoft Azure DevOps).
- Proven experience with ERP systems as SAP
- Strong understanding of product development and software engineering processes. **Skills & Competencies**

- Business Fluent in English (minimum B1 Level)
