Business Overview: Job Purpose: The HR Generalist is an integral part of a complex matrix organization and reports to the HR Manager Germany. This position handles the day-to-day operational topics of the local HR team. Responsibilities: - Responsibility for the complete "Employee Work Cycle", from hiring to ongoing employee support to leaving. - Responsibility for the correct preparation of the monthly payroll in close cooperation with the external service provider (ADP) - Contact person for authorities, government agencies and social security institutions - Preparation of monthly reports, statistics and evaluation - Completion of administrative tasks such as file and database maintenance, administration of the time management system, preparation of certificates and correspondence - Supporting and working closely with managers and employees on all HR and - labor/social security issues - Responsibility for Talent Acquisition (mainly for Supply Chain) in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders - Organize training in line with company policy and in close cooperation with the Global Talent Development Team - Participation in Projektentig also with project responsibility - Close and trustful cooperation with the works council Requirements & Qualifications: - University or college degree or HR-related qualification - Proven 4 years’ experience as an HR Generalist - Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures - Good knowledge of employment/labor laws - Excellent communication and people skills - Aptitude in problem-solving - High level of English language knowledge, fluent in Italian EEO Statement: Element Solutions Inc is an E-Verify Company and provides reasonable accommodation for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in job applicant procedures.
