Manage External Funding relationships with Funding Authorities from program identification up to program submission and Grant Agreement signature. /ppbMain Responsibilities /b /pulliSupport External Funding Strategy in coordination with Business Development and Public Affairs, Engineering and Innovation organizations. /liliDevelop documentation to support Italy MD, Sales, Business Development and Public Affairs in promoting Alstom capabilities and development roadmap when meeting key institutional representatives/authorities. /liliMonitor regional/national/European External Funding opportunities and match them with internal needs to support investments, RD and Innovation projects. /liliOverall responsible and operating as single point of contact for assigned External Funding projects: manage applications and coordination aspects of investments, RD and innovation projects for external funding:ulliEnsure timely preparation and completion of funding related documentation (legal, reporting or others) with the highest quality in a high-pressure environment when reports need to be submitted (deadline to be met). /liliThe job involves coordination with various external (universities, funding authorities, consultants…) and internal (RD Teams, Finance, Legal, Communication, Procurement…) partners. /liliCoordinate internal stakeholders to ensure grant-related activities are completed and compliant with external funding requirements. /liliCoordinate regular meetings with project participants. /liliCoordinate communication aspects such as dissemination plans (in collaboration with Comm team). /liliManage External Funding relationships with Funding Authorities from program identification up to program submission and evaluation (technical and administrative/financial plan) and Grant Agreement signature. /li /ul /liliBe the country point of contact for European Funding tender opportunities (e.g., Single Electronic Data Interchange Area (SEDIA)). /liliSupport post-award projects audit and follow-up as agreed case by case with the business MD and the Innovation Director. /li /ulpbMandatory: /b /pulliBachelor or Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering. /lili5-7 years’ experience. /liliRailway/mobility products, systems and industry trends/dynamics. /liliExperience with the rules and management of Regional, National and/or EU projects for External Funding. /li /ulpbuCompetencies Skills /u /b /pulliFamiliar with external funding rules and management (IPCEI, Regional and National incentives). /liliUnderstanding of the technical scope of Investments, Innovation and Research Programs. /liliTender and Project management. /liliOpen minded and persevering while being collaborative. /liliOrganizational agility in a matrix environment. /liliCommunication and interpersonal skills to be able to credibly interact with internal and external stakeholders and build trust relationships. /liliTeam working. /liliFluent in English. /li /ulpbLocation: Italy (Savigliano or Bologna or Sesto San Giovanni or Firenze) /b /ppAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
