We're looking for skilled Composite Laminators to join a prestigious project based in the heart of Italy's motorsport excellence.
Location: Emilia-Romagna, Italy
Position: Composite Laminator
Industry Experience: Motorsport / Formula 1
Contract Duration: 3–12 months (with potential extension)
Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rates
Accommodation: Weekly allowance provided
What You'll Need
* Proven hands-on experience in composite laminating, ideally within motorsport or Formula 1
* Expertise with various composite materials and advanced lamination techniques
* Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to craftsmanship
* Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
* Solid understanding of industry safety standards and quality procedures
* Full and unrestricted right to work in the EU
Your Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and lay up composite materials for high-performance components
* Operate and maintain specialist lamination tools and equipment
