He will be part of our Italian subsidiary. /ppPosition: HR Manager /ppDepartment: HR /ppLocation: Milan /ppContract Type: Full-time – Permanent /ppReporting to: Head HR (interim to the Country Manager) /ppbr/ppstrongRole Overview /strong /ppWe are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on HR Manager to lead and develop HR functions within a fast-growing, international EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company operating in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate has a solid background in Energy companies or (preferably) Photovoltaic EPC environments and is passionate about people, sustainability, and supporting organizational growth through talent development, compliance, and operational excellence. The HR Manager will provide HR Support to Enerland Italy for the full lifecycle of the employee to include recruitment, performance management, renumeration and reward, learning and development, employee relations, wellbeing, and employee engagement. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliRecruitment – Sourcing excellent talent, conducting interviews, managing the offer stage etc. /liliOnboarding – Designing, implementing and managing an engaging onboarding process. /liliPerformance Management – Ensuring the probation period is effectively utilised and working with managers to ensure the performance review process is adhered to. /liliLearning and Development – Ensuring that employees are supported to develop their skills, knowledge and abilities through training and further education. /liliEmployee Relations – Promoting positive relations, implementing engagement initiatives, and supporting managers and employees to resolve issues in a proactive and pragmatic manner. /liliRenumeration Reward – Coordinate the renumeration and reward processes. /liliPolicies and Procedures – Develop, update and implement internal policies and procedures in compliance with the Group HR strategy, local legislation and best practice. /liliDesign and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and company values. /liliPartner with Country Managers and Project Directors to support HR operations across project sites and headquarters. /liliFoster a company culture focused on sustainability, safety, diversity, and inclusion. /liliSupervise payroll processes, fleet management, employment contracts, and labor relations where applicable aligned and in collaboration with the external labor agency. /liliSupport global expansion efforts and manage international assignments and mobility programs. /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. /lili5+ years of experience in a managerial HR role, strongmandatory in solar energy /strong, preferably in EPC company. /liliFully proficiency in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus /liliIn-depth knowledge of local and international labor regulations. /liliExperience working in multicultural and matrixed organizations. /liliStrategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. /liliStrong problem-solving ability and resilience in fast-paced environments. /liliWillingness to travel frequently, including to project sites. /li /ulpstrongThe Person /strong /pulliExperienced HR Professional /liliHigh level of discretion and confidentiality. /liliSelf-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic. /li /ulpstrongWhat We Offer /strong /pulliA dynamic, international environment focused on innovation and sustainability. /liliThe opportunity to contribute to large-scale renewable energy projects worldwide. /liliCareer development and international growth paths. /liliSalary and benefit will be dependent on experience. /li /ulpstrongContact /strong /ppPlease send your CV /p
