Position Summary
Our client is a fast-scaling e-commerce brand that has rapidly become a market leader in the outdoor living space. Since launching in 2022, they’ve doubled revenue year over year and are now on pace for mid-8-figure sales by 2026, with nine figures in sight.
This is not a “set and forget” media buying gig. You’ll be hands-on in Meta Ads Manager daily while also managing and scaling campaigns on Applovin, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat. You’ll run $20K-50K/day campaigns, test relentlessly, feed creative ideas, and make sure every dollar works harder.
You’ll collaborate closely with our CMO, Head of Growth, creative strategists, and lifecycle marketers to drive profitable acquisition across our hero products.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Scaling
* Own daily buying on Meta (primary) plus Applovin, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat.
* Structure, launch, and optimise campaigns for $500K+/month spend.
* Scale campaigns to $50K/day while holding MER/CAC targets.
* Build campaign structures for multi-avatar products and high-ticket AOV.
Testing & Optimisation
* Run structured tests: audiences, placements, bidding, Advantage+ vs. manual.
* Execute incrementality tests and creative split tests with statistical rigor.
* Refresh & iterate creative at high velocity.
* Use data (MER, CAC, LTV) to guide scaling and pausing decisions in real-time.
Creative Collaboration
* Work with creative strategists to generate high-performing ad concepts.
* Analyse creative performance and feed winning angles back into production.
* Exploit trends on Meta/TikTok/Snapchat, test them fast.
Channel Expansion
* Launch new social platforms or formats from zero to 6–7 figure spend.
* Identify and scale winning audiences and formats unique to each channel.
Growth Hack the Growth
* Treat the whole funnel as your playground - give ideas to CRO tests, tweak checkout flows, build micro-experiments in landing pages, and prototype new offers to find breakthroughs in acquisition and conversion.
You're a strong fit if you...
* Have 5+ years media buying experience in DTC eCommerce space. Ideally at one point worked in the agency.
* Have spent managed monthly spends of $500k+ on Meta. Ideally on multiple separate cases.
* Have working knowledge of YT, Applovin, TikTok, Snapchat buying.
* Are familiar with newest Meta updated like Andromeda and know how to “game it” or “play along side of it”.
* Understand high-ticket funnels and long-consideration purchase cycles or at least have good DTC experience.
* Can brief, test, and iterate creatives fast. Know ins and outs of what makes a good creative good and bad creative bad.
* Are comfortable with async, high-autonomy work culture.
* Reside in EU/Eastern Europe time zones.
