MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct interviews, onboarding and training for individuals providing client services via the company’s platform.
* Manage and lead distributed freelance teams, fostering communication, collaboration and high performance.
* Plan, prioritise and manage your own daily workflow while monitoring and analysing freelancer output.
* Provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance and ensure client satisfaction.
* Contribute to internal development projects aimed at enhancing operational quality and efficiency.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* Experience or academic background in Human Resources, Administration, Customer Support, Management or Marketing.
* Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage.
* Competent in using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving and time-management skills.
* Motivated, team-oriented, and capable of thriving in a virtual environment.
