Could you be the full-time hybrid Assistant in Sesto San Giovanni, IT we’re looking for?
Responsibilities
* Your future role: You ll play a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager and management team, ensuring the seamless administration and coordination of activities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the travel agency, accounting, HR, and suppliers), manage professional agendas and travel arrangements, and maintain efficient documentation and filing systems, and much more.
* Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence
* Managing travel arrangements, including end-to-end coordination with the travel agency and processing expense claims
* Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors / administrators
* Taking charge of all purchase requests and purchase orders, including managing external vendor queries
* Producing reports, presentations, and briefs
What we look for
* Knowledge of travel management processes, including expense claims and vendor relations.
* Experience or understanding of administrative coordination and office management.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in IT tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
