* Command safe, compliant Boeing 737 operations across the Neos network, upholding the highest standards of safety and airmanship.
* Lead, brief, and mentor flight and cabin crew, fostering teamwork and adherence to SOPs.
* Oversee preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel strategy, weather and NOTAM reviews, and regulatory compliance.
* Deliver a punctual, efficient, and customer-focused operation while maintaining cost and fuel efficiency.
* Represent Neos professionally with passengers, ATC, and authorities at all times.
🧰 What you bring
* Total time: 5,000+ hours
* PIC time: 1,000+ hours
* License: EASA ATPL
* Medical: Class 1
* Type rating: Not required (B737 type-rated captains strongly encouraged to apply)
* Languages: Italian proficiency minimum Level 6; English ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent
* Background: No criminal record; able to meet airport/security clearance requirements
* Travel rights: Legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all countries flown by Neos S.p.A.
