Recruitment Consultant – Sales & Marketing | Antal International | Milan, Italy
Antal International is a global recruitment business with a strong reputation for delivering high-impact talent solutions. We are now growing our Sales & Marketing practice across our international offices.
This role will see you working with fast-growing organisations to identify, attract and place commercial, marketing and business development talent.
Your role will include:
1. Developing client relationships
2. Sourcing and qualifying sales and marketing professionals
3. Managing recruitment campaigns from brief to offer
4. Building a specialist commercial desk
What we are looking for:
Background in sales, marketing or commercial recruitment, or hands-on experience in a commercial role
5. Strong persuasion, negotiation and communication skills
6. A results-driven, energetic mindset
7. Ability to build trust and influence decision-makers
