Reporting to the Global Director of Digital Operations, the Head of Digital Product will define and deliver the digital product vision and roadmap in alignment with business strategy and customer needs.
The ideal candidate has a proven record of leading strategic initiatives in a creative consumer product environment and is well versed in managing a portfolio of cross-functional projects. They will have an entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility to change direction and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Their technical expertise and operational excellence will influence the team's decisions and help drive secure and robust customer solutions. They will need to assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, balance trade-offs, and encourage risk-tasking to maximize business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive overall product vision and strategy for MCM Digital.
- Own, manage and steer the product roadmap in alignment with key business stakeholders.
- Execute consistently, rapidly and effectively to bring product ideas to market by utilizing modern forms of product planning, discovery and development processes.
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to scope work, set business goals, identify appropriate resources, track and report on progress and develop schedules.
- Influence product priorities, design, engineering, and testing.
- Project management working on large, complex, long-term global projects.
- Develop mitigation responses and strategies to address project risks.
- Work on problems of diverse scopes where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Alignment with corporate strategies through strong business and technical thought leadership.
