Thanks to the extensive know-how of nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon capture, fuels, chemicals, and polymers, we offer innovative solutions and processes to fully enable the energy transition. /ppbr/ppWithin the Post Order Department, the Inspector is responsible to ensure, in agreement with the Expediting Inspection Category Manager and in coordination with the Post Order Manager and through interaction with suppliers, the monitoring of material supplies from the perspective of technical compliance and progress, in accordance with the quality requirements and timelines required by the projects, highlighting any deviations and non-conformities, reporting or intervening in accordance with company and project objectives. /ppbr/ppbKey Activities Responsibilities: /b /ppbr/pulliThe Inspector supports the Engineering Procurement teams during the pre-bid phase in the preparation of Standard ITPs according to Project Specifications /liliConduct expediting and inspection visits at assigned suppliers and sub-suppliers and issue the related reports according to departmental procedures. /liliOrganize and complete pre-inspection meetings to define quality and management aspects of the order, manage inspection notifications in agreement with the Post Order Manager and project requirements. /liliAnalyze and verify, in agreement with the Expediting Inspection Category Manager, the quality control plans (ITP) issued by suppliers and sub-suppliers, and establish the call requirements (witness points/hold points) for various inspections. Perform inspection activities at suppliers and issue the related reports. /liliIn agreement with the Post Order Manager/Expediting Inspection Category Manager, interact and support, within the scope of competence, the Project Manager and project managers of the Procurement Department, and the Project Leaders of the technical disciplines, during the project. /liliPropose to the Post Order Manager the opening of non-conformities (also upon notification from agency inspectors) and punch lists, ensuring their management until closure. /liliManage relationships with the Supplier’s QA/QC Manager. /liliSupport, in agreement with the Expediting Inspection Category Manager, the evaluation, performance, and results of assigned suppliers. /liliFollowing the positive outcome of the final inspection, communicate the technical release of the material to the expediter. /liliEnsure the constant updating of sensitive data in the company management system for the supplies under your responsibility. /liliMaintain the technical and qualification updates required by company procedures for the assignment. /liliPrepare the assignment pack for the agency inspector, detailing the inspection tasks, with the assistance of the Expediting Inspection Planner. /liliDefine, according to project procedures, the structure of the final documentation. /li /ulpbr/ppbPersonal Attributes: /b /ppbr/pulliIt is a plus to have 3/5 years of experience in the same role, preferably in the Oil Gas business. /lilifluent English speaker and writer. /liliteam worker and effective communicator. /liliavailability to travel for short period in Italy and abroad. /liliadaptability, entrepreneurship and working with method. /li /ul
