The candidate will be placed on the software support team of a Maintenance Ground Station.
The Maintenance Ground Station is designed to help plan, execute and analyze the health of a diverse fleet of aircraft. Operators can use it to perform HUMS analysis on each aircraft and plan the maintenance required to increase fleet availability.
Main activities
Support to customer requests
Troubleshooting, debugging, and updating existing software
Writing of technical documentation and reporting
Creation of database migration scripts
Installation of the system at customer sites
Training on the use of the system
Technical skills required
Excellent knowledge of Miscrosoft Office tools
Knowledge of MySQL
Knowledge of ETL tools will be considered a plus
Required Education
Technical high school's certificate.
The profile is completed by a good knowledge of English, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, interest in learning new languages / technologies, resourcefulness and attitude to solving problems.
