About the Job We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee accounting and administrative activities. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical expertise with team management and process improvement. The ideal candidate has solid experience in financial reporting and statutory accounts, with the ability to coordinate a small team and ensure compliance with Italian accounting standards. About the Role The Administrative Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of three, managing the preparation and closing of statutory financial statements, and ensuring the accuracy of accounting records. The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and the ability to interact with external stakeholders such as auditors and consultants.
