Attached to the Real Estate Department, in an international context, you manage the real estate assets of the company.
As such, you will be responsible for:
- Management and administration:
o Work on drafting leases with landlords,
o Ensure the payment of rents and charges within the time limits set,
o Budget and monitor all expenditure related to the fleet in management, and ensure the synthesis and reporting to the management of the sites,
o Represent the company and manage relations with third parties (rental fleet owners, administrations, dealers, service providers, etc.),
o Manage property risks (claim reporting and tracking),
o Ensure the application of the terms defined to the leases and amendments, o Participate in the drafting and dissemination of the internal rules of property, o Carry out the statements of conditions during the taking of the leases and the return (or assist the network during these), o Check the annual statements of the rental expense accounts sent by the owners, o Make the declaration of the various taxes payable, ensure the monitoring and settlement.
- Service and maintenance:
o Anticipate the work required, o Deploy the contracts necessary for the proper operation of the sites under management, o Manage the planning and conduct of maintenance work necessary to maintain the building stock, o Prepare the specifications required for tenders relating to works, maintenance contracts and participates in the AO, o Ensure the proper functioning of the security measures in place at the site.With a higher education (BTS, Bachelor Real Estate Professions, etc.), you have significant experience in a similar position, in a multi-site company of international size or in a real estate company as a manager. You have a solid knowledge of real estate law, as well as real budget management skills. Recognized for your rigour, you are methodical and your interpersonal, listening and diplomatic skills are recognized.
