As the right hand of the Head Concierge, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and highly personalised experience, from arrival to departure. /ph3Responsibilities and Duties: /h3ulliSupport the Head Concierge in the daily management and organization of the Concierge department. /liliAct as the department lead in the absence of the Head Concierge, ensuring continuity of service and smooth operations. /liliSupervise and coordinate the Concierge team during daily operations, maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality. /liliAssist in monitoring team performance, providing guidance, coaching, and on-the-job support when needed. /liliEnsure all guest requests, reservations, transportation arrangements, and personalized experiences are handled efficiently and to the highest standard. /liliBuild strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and creating memorable, tailor-made experiences. /liliCollaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, FB, Spa, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest journey. /liliEnsure accurate communication and record-keeping of guest preferences and operational information. /li /ulh3Who you are: /h3ulliYou have previous experience in a Concierge role within a luxury hotel, preferably in a supervisory or senior position. /liliYou are fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is highly valued. /liliYou have a solid understanding of LQA standards and luxury hospitality service excellence, with the ability to consistently apply them in daily operations and guest interactions. /liliYou are passionate about delivering exceptional and highly personalized guest experiences. /liliYou possess strong leadership skills and enjoy supporting, mentoring, and motivating a team. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
