Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide. /ph3INDUSTRIAL QUALITY ENGINEER /h3h3Responsibilities: /h3ulliSupport the Quality Manager within the assigned scope. /liliAct as quality reference for maintenance teams on technical, process, and supplier quality issues. /liliManage internal NCRs (including MIE) using structured problem‑solving methodologies (e.g. QRQC). /liliParticipate in customer inspections and FAV for maintenance activities. /liliSupport and qualify teams on Self‑Inspection and manage inspection checklists. /liliPerform workstation audits, maintenance execution assessments, and follow‑up actions. /liliDefine and deploy quality control plans based on FMEA, field returns, and maintenance activities. /liliMonitor and reduce Defects, Demerit, FPY and Cost of Non‑Quality (CONQ). /liliSupport Lean Manufacturing deployment and KPI improvement in line with APSYS requirements. /liliPromote a strong Quality and EHS culture within the depot. /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulliDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Materials) or equivalent; Technical/Associate degree accepted for Technician level /liliSolid knowledge of industrial quality processes and product/process inspections /liliAbility to read technical drawings and specifications and use test equipment /liliExperience with quality tools (Problem Solving, Lean, Six Sigma) /liliKnowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, IRIS, CMMI) /liliConfident use of digital tools and data‑driven approach /liliExperience in an industrial environment, preferably in railway or complex products /liliStrong communication, analytical and influencing skills /liliFluent in English and Italian /li /ulpAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
