The selected candidate, within the Service Department, will ensure the efficiency of technical assistance services in resolving market-related product issues and complaints. They will also analyze training needs of the technical staff within the assistance network and design appropriate training or update courses accordingly. Excellent knowledge of basic thermodynamics principles (refrigeration cycle, combustion, etc.) Knowledge and interest in main HVAC technologies (Boilers, Heat Pumps, Hybrid Systems, Burners) Excellent knowledge of technologies related to Heat Pumps, Chillers, Refrigerators, and VRF systems, both residential and commercial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Good command of English, spoken and written Knowledge of IoT devices is a plus Personal Characteristics: Excellent interpersonal and team working skills Strong customer and results orientation Excellent problem-solving skills Organizational and time management skills according to priorities Stress resistance and flexibility Responsibilities Your main responsibilities will include: Providing adequate support to Technical Assistance Centers across the territory, defining effective assistance strategies (including preventive maintenance) and planning product maintenance. Gathering requests and complaints from authorized Technical Assistance Centers, users, dealers, and installers, recording them in the company’s information systems, and analyzing them to propose suitable solutions promptly. Ensuring continuous technical training for CATs, agents, installers, and prescribers by proposing training and/or professional updating courses on the product. Preparing, updating, and disseminating technical documentation (technical presentations, commercial presentations, software supports, applications, etc.) to CATs, ensuring proper product maintenance and effective customer assistance. Interfacing, when necessary, with company functions to ensure complete customer service and high levels of product quality and serviceability.
