Drive behavioral change and ensure HSE capabilities are optimized and aligned to standards and best practices /p pAssessing risks and identifying preventive and protective measures. Draft and update the Risk Assessment Document (DVR). /p pTraining and informing employees about risks and safety measures. Coordinate emergency and first aid activities. Monitor and verify the effectiveness of adopted safety measures. Collaborate with other safety professionals and Manage relationships with competent authorities. /p h3Qualifications for the Role /h3 pYou are highly skilled in conducting risk assessments and safety audits and have familiarity with relevant safety standards. You possess RSPP certification in accordance with current regulations. /p pYou have at least 5 years of experience in the role of RSPP or similar positions. Possess enhanced knowledge of workplace safety regulations and safety management software and tools. /p pYou have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and manage projects.
