Dipharma — an international group with more than 75 years of expertise, advanced R&D centers, and a strong global customer base — is looking for a Project Manager to strengthen its Exclusive Synthesis Business Unit .
The position is based in Baranzate (MI) and includes frequent travel to other company sites.
Your Impact
As a Project Manager, you will coordinate end‑to‑end CDMO projects for the development and manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients and their intermediates and custom chemical processes .
You will act as the central hub between internal technical teams and external customers, ensuring clarity, alignment, and project success.
What You Will Do
* Manage and coordinate CDMO projects across R&D, Production, QA, QC and other technical functions.
* Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
* Evaluate customer RFPs, work with technical teams to gather inputs, and prepare commercial proposals.
* Monitor project scope, timelines, risks, costs, and deliverables while ensuring robust communication flows.
* Support internal decision‑making by consolidating technical, financial and planning information.
* Foster collaboration across teams and maintain alignment between internal functions and external stakeholders.
What You Bring
Essential Qualifications
* Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry or similar scientific fields.
* At least 2 years of experience managing CDMO projects within chemical or chemical‑pharmaceutical companies.
* Alternatively: experience coordinating outsourced CDMO activities or managing external suppliers.
* Advanced English proficiency (spoken & written).
* Experience in preparing and reviewing RFPs, including technical evaluation and commercial proposal drafting.
* Understanding of chemical development processes, quality expectations, and general CDMO dynamics.
Technical Skills
* Use of Microsoft Project or equivalent project management tools.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
* Proficiency with standard office and communication tools (MS Teams, Excel, etc.).
Soft Skills
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities.
* Proven influencing skills and the ability to guide and align cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
* High level of professional presence and credibility when interacting with internal stakeholders and customers.
* Problem‑solving attitude and proactive ownership of project outcomes.
