YOUR TASKS In our production plant in Kaunas a Junior Production Planner will execute production planning in a production operation, focused on attaining the required production output within specified resource constraints in clearly defined contexts. More detailed task description: - Tracking plan fulfillment including checks regarding material availability, production scheduling, order release, material reservation and production deadlines; - Identifying the causes that could lead to the delay of specific deliveries, finding viable solutions and informing the sales scheduler in clearly defined contexts; - Frequently align with material management, production and sales planning reviewing customer orders, production capabilities and material availability; - Supporting the special needs for SOP and EOP products; - Assuring and maintaining master data accuracy and performance measurements (KPIs); - Planning production and scheduling production sequences, using the ERP system especially considering lead times, shipping dates, sales forecasts, customer orders as well as backorders in clearly defined contexts; - Evaluation of capacity loads for production lines in clearly defined contexts; - Involvement in optimization projects concerning production planning processes and carrying out other tasks related to this position. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS - Very good English language skills; - Exceptional analytical skills and logical thinking with regards to processes; - More than 1 year position-related experience is preferred; - SAP or other ERP system knowledge - advantage; - Concentration on root causes and improvement in a sustainable way; - Committed attitude and high sense of responsibility. Information regarding Base Salary From 2300 to 2500 EUR (before withholding taxes) taking in consideration your current professional competence and work experience.
