FlyingBasket is an innovative Start-Up, specialized in the production of multicopter drones suitable for commercial use such as cargo transportation, heavy lifting operations, power line inspections and various other applications. Since its inception, FlyingBasket has become the benchmark in the commercial cargo drone industry.
As we scale our team, we're looking for an HR Officer to help us grow our talented and international team in Bolzano.
If you want to be our HR Officer, you will wear many hats such as a recruiter, culture builder, coach, and strategist who helps our company achieve its goals.
Responsibilities
* Nurturing a strong startup culture aligned with company values
* Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax obligations, and regulations
* Identifying skill gaps and organizing training or workshops
* Writing clear job descriptions and managing postings across platforms
* Coordinating interviews, assessments, and feedback loops with speed and efficiency
* Manage payroll, recruitment, administrative requests
* Organise onboarding, offboarding, including IT setup
Must Have
* Open mindset and great communication skills
* 3+ years of experience in managing a team
* Experience in conducting interviews in English and Italian
* Experience with payroll and local labor laws
* Italian C1/C2
* English B2/C1
* Residing in Italy already
* Advanced Office Package and PC skills
Nice to have
* Experience with building policies around health, safety, and wellbeing.
* Prior experience in building a strong employer brand to appeal to top candidates
* Being the go-to mediator for conflicts, ensuring fair resolutions.
* IT basic skills for badge administration
* German B2
