In this role, you will be the primary bridge between Musixmatch and our Korean-speaking clients and contributors, handling correspondence, driving community engagement, and ensuring the highest quality standards for Korean language content on our platform. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liTranslate and manage communication with Korean-speaking clients and internal stakeholders. /li liActively engage with and grow the Korean contributor community. /li liFulfill client requests with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. /li liProvide structured feedback on product issues to support continuous platform improvement. /li liLead recruitment efforts to expand and strengthen the Korean contributor base. /li liConduct Korean language quality assurance to uphold content standards. /liliParticipate in meetings and calls, providing interpretation support as needed. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liFull professional proficiency in both written and spoken Korean and English. Italian is a plus. /li liStrong interpersonal and customer service skills: empathy, patience, and clear communication. /li liTech-savvy mindset with analytical thinking and strong problem‑solving ability. /li liAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. /li liA genuine interest in music, music technology, or the music industry is a strong plus. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liPrior experience in community management, localization, or content operations. /li liFamiliarity with the music industry or streaming platforms. /li liExperience with QA processes or translation tools. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liRelocation to Bologna (Italy) or remote work.
