Then read the job description below and apply now. /ppWhat do we look for? /pulliBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. /lili2-3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, or FB industry. /liliExperience with Micros Symphony POS systems is highly preferred. /liliProficient in financial reporting, data entry, and bank reconciliation processes. /liliStrong knowledge of cash handling, payment processing, and financial documentation. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for financial data analysis and reporting. /liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. /liliStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. /liliGood communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. /liliFluency in Italian and English is required. /li /ulpWhat will you work on? /ppGeneral Duties Responsibilities /pulliEnsure that sufficient change is available for cashiers to operate a smooth shift. /liliEnsure all credit card machines are charged and functional. /liliUpdate any changes in the prices that have been amended in the POS system and on the menus. /liliEnsure staff are aware of the modes of payment available in the restaurant. /liliSort, count, and wrap currency and coins. /liliCheck all banknotes to ensure they are genuine; if not, immediately report to the MOD. /liliEnsure stationery such as staplers and PDQ printer paper is fully stocked. /liliPerform or assist with any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management according to business needs. /liliManaging daily/monthly communication with accounting firm and HQ /liliGeneral office stationary/supplies /liliAssist the Procurement Manager in sourcing quotations for non-food/non-drink materials and equipment. /li /ulpFinance /pulliReconcile all cash takings from the night before and prepare cash ready for collection /liliProcess all petty cash transactions. /liliEnsure all deposits are redeemed accordingly and update the tracker. /liliSend all reconciliation, banking, and deposit reports to accounting. /liliReport any issues with PDQs. /liliReport any Micros Symphony issues. /liliEnsure all invoices for purchases and sales are received/issued and trackers are updated accurately and share the invoices with the accounting. /liliManage company credit card process. /liliAssist in the monthly stock count. /liliConduct bi-weekly stock counting and reporting to assist the Procurement Manager and Beverage Manager. /li /ul
