No 2025_00580 /h3 h3JOB DESCRIPTION /h3 ul liMaster's degree in relevant field of study or equivalent relevant professional experience. /li liThorough experience in both the administration and management of government/military type contracts for acquisition of materials and maintenance and repair services of equipment at senior staff or management level preferably in an international organisation, a national public administration (civil or military), or the private sector. /li liExperience in procurement activities, contracting and pricing. /li liThorough training in procurement methods and price analysis. /li liSound experience in defence contract operations in the procurement division of a sizeable organisation. /li liDemonstrated skill in team leadership, management and supervision of a dedicated team of procurement personnel varying in number. /li liNATO's official languages are English and French. The incumbent of this post may be required to deploy or may be assigned to a remote location, to perform duties (inside or outside a theatre/deployment location) in support of Council approved operations/missions or in support of national or multinational operations/missions authorised by the Agency Supervisory Board of NSPO. /li /ul h3HOW TO APPLY? /h3 pAll candidates (internal and external) should refer to the FAQs before applying. /p pNSPA internal candidates must submit additionally their latest completed performance report. /p pNSPA staff members of the same grade can submit a transfer request till 17 March 2026. /p pApplications sent via e‑mail will be automatically rejected. /p pAll application deadlines are based on the Central European Time (CET) zone. /p h3IMPORTANT NOTES /h3 pQualified redundant NATO civilian candidates of the same grade will be considered in priority. /p pInterviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date.
