As our P&W Coordinator for the Italian office in Rome, your role is dedicated to creating the best work experience at Lansweeper and contributing to employee lifecycle excellence. This position requires working in-office, five days a week, Monday through Friday. Job Requirements Payroll & Employee Benefits Support payroll data processing for wages, commissions, and bonuses, and manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Assist employees through onboarding and off-boarding processes, including equipment coordination, benefits enrollment, agreement e-signatures, and administrative tasks. Perform data entry in HRIS and Benefits portals as needed. Contribute to various HR projects, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and global projects within the People and Culture Team. Workplace Experience Act as a culture ambassador, maintaining a welcoming environment and overseeing office facilities, security, maintenance, repairs, mail services, and supplies. Manage daily operations, official correspondence, meeting bookings, and office setup, ensuring employees have necessary information and equipment. Coordinate with the employee event committee to organize company events, celebrations, team-building activities, and lunches. Handle office issues, supplies, access, travel arrangements, and vendor relationships. Manage HR and office expenses and invoices. Seek continuous improvements to office functionality and employee experience. Are you the right fit?
