Experteer OverviewIn this role you lead end-to-end plant production operations at our Bagno a Ripoli site, ensuring efficient manufacturing, quality adherence, and sustainable growth. You will align operations with business objectives, partner with industrialization, Quality, and other departments, and drive continuous improvement. You help shape production strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and uphold high standards. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership position in a fashion manufacturing environment.

Responsabilità
- Master's Degree in Engineering or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in xrdztoy a similar role in the fashion industry
- Strong knowledge of bags production, industrialization, and production processes
- Strategic vision and long-term planning skills
- Familiarity with safety regulations and continuous improvement techniques
- Problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset
- Strong leadership, communication, and management capabilities
