Your Profile
Experience in hospitality or bar/restaurant management with a solid understanding of day-to-day operationsA confident, hands-on leader who supports the team with a positive attitudeStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable managing reservations, organizing events, and supporting in-house promotionsFamiliar with hospitality tech tools like POS systems, booking platforms, and basic reportingAble to support the kitchen team, with a basic understanding of food service and coordinationFluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus and helpful for daily operationsFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and busy periods like holidays or events
Your Responsibilities
Running an authentic Irish pub with character, warmth, and attention to detailLeading daily operations, including staff supervision and shift managementCreating a fun and relaxed atmosphere for sports, music, and celebrationsCoordinating between front-of-house and kitchen to ensure smooth serviceOverseeing a menu of home-cooked seasonal dishes, premium drinks, and cocktailsManaging bookings, events, and in-house promotionsMonitoring the quality of service, food, and drinks to consistently exceed guest expectationsMaintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environmentSupporting stock control, ordering, and opening/closing procedures
