We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Events Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in organizing upscale events within Villa Sant’Andrea Belmond, a prestigious 5-star hotel, contributing to a world-class guest experience: RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist in the planning and execution of high-profile events hosted by the hotel. - Collaborate with the events team to coordinate logistics, ensuring seamless event operations. - Interact with clients, vendors, and guests to provide exceptional service and address inquiries. - Contribute to the creation of event proposals, budgets, and timelines. - Support in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring they meet the hotel's standards. - Aid in the coordination of catering services, audio-visual requirements, and other event-related aspects. - Maintain a keen eye for detail to uphold the hotel's luxury standards in all event elements. - Participate in post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share feedback. Requirements: - Basic proficiency in Italian (mandatory) and fluent in English, with knowledge of French being advantageous. - Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. - Familiarity with luxury hotel standards and a keen interest in the events industry. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.
