For more information, visit http://www.oic.it/enAs part of our expansion into the Lifestyle & Business Events Unit (e.g. banking, automotive, luxury, wellness, skincare, etc.), we are looking for an experienced Project Manager with several years of experience in corporate event organization to strengthen our operational team.The Project Manager will be integrated in the BU Team and will be responsible for the planning, coordination and operational delivery of Lifestyle & Business events, being aligned with timelines, budgets and quality standards. What you’ll do:Manage event projects end-to-end, from initial briefing to final deliveryCoordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in the projectScout and manage suppliers, identifying venues and innovative services aligned with project objectivesMonitor project budgets, costs and profitabilitySupervise the on-site operational management of eventsSupport the post-event phase, including administrative closure, reporting and results evaluationReport to the Operations Manager, working closely and in coordination with the Key Account ManagerWhat we’re looking for:Proven almost 5-7 years experience as a Project Manager in the events industry, within corporate environmentsExperience managing suppliers and external partners
